  1. In kinda new at burning vcd's and i hav read all the newbie things but i still hav one question.

    If i download a video file already as an mpeg do i still need to use a program to change it or can i just burn i straight off-this is to work on a vcd player.PLz help me thanxs

    Just because it's MPEG doesn't necessarily make it VCD. Your burning program may let you know if it's standard VCD or not before you burn it (Nero does).

    if your player can handle it and it looks clear on your screen, just go for it. no reason to make the video worse just to stay compliant.
