I've recently upgraded to Nero 7 Ultra Edition and am enjoying it's easy but powerful elements. Anyways I have come across something that is happening when I burn an audio cd and quite frankly i'm at the point where I'm surrounded by many incorrectly burnt cd's and am gonna flip with a major pc massacre on my hands.breath...... breath......
I've never had any problem like this, basically I drag my mp3 files from the explorer onto the burn window in Nero Burning Rom, carefully order the tracks and burn. Upon playing the cd in the stereo, half of the tracks have the first couple of seconds chopped from the beginning causing quite a rather abrupt start to the track. At first I thought it was the disks so I reburnt.... after a few more incorrect and useless cds... I highlighted one of the tracks and clicked play on the bottom left... and the track also played abruptly and not from the intro. e.g. Mika's Billy Brown should start "Oh Bill Brown..." but mine will only encode it as "Brown..." and misses the bit before.
I re-burnt my compilation again using the add to burn list feature in windows media player and sure enough the cd burnt correctly with all intro's intact. Anyone got any ideas how I can resolve this niggly issue.... ?!?
Thanks kindly
