  1. hi all-
several people referred me here for assistance, so here goes-
i have a number of avi files that are ~355 MB, so that i cannot burn two on a CD together. i am trying to find a simple way to do this - either by fitting 710 MB on a disk or by recompressing the files to 350 MB, whichever is easier. i am not TOO technically saavy, but can hold my own and already have nero, nandub, and flask on my machine if that helps.
any tips or suggestions would be greatly and humbly appreciated.

  2. If they are regular AVI files ,then you can maybe convert it to a DIVX using Virtualdub:

  3. Hi,

Have you tried the 'overburn' settings in Nero? I use this all the time and can usually fit a few meg more than 700Mb on 'unbranded' 700Mb CDRs.
