7I've the same problem when I use Tmpgenc 2.59 and burning with Nero.
Here there are the several tests I made with a VCD file like yours :
* Tmpgenc 2.57 and Nero : OK
* Tmpgenc 2.57 and VCDEasy : OK
* Tmpgenc 2.59 and Nero : KO
* Tmpgenc 2.59 and VCDEasy : OK
I don't know why the release 2.59 has this effect with Nero.
Moreover, I've some troubles with Tmpgenc 2.59 vs 2.57 when I use the Stream Type : System (Video + Audio) for making XVCD (i-e with VBR bitrate) with low bitrate (< 1150) : the size of the file is always >= of a filesize of a standard VCD. I've to use Stream Type ES(Video+Audio) and multiplex to 2 streams after. And burning with VCDEasy .....
I'm a little disappointed with this release so I continue to use the 2.57.
If anyone has an idea
