using eazyvcd to make mpegs

Well i'm trying to rip dvds using eazyvcd, and well to be frank its just not working.
it goes through fine until it reaches the TEMPGEnc part, there i get an a "result of bach encode" window that pops up as soon as TEMPGEnc loads and says the following

Can anyone help me out so i can get moving on rippign this dvd and others?

try using smart ripper ,dvdx,vcdgui and cdrwin in that order they are easy to find most are on this site
