    Is it possible to convert a divx moive into a vcd format with nero burning rom? But how u do it? and also i need to know if the divx file is PAL or NTSC so nero can find out which one it is. Please help thank you.

    Some of the best and simplest to understand step-by-step guides are shown on the left of the screen under "HOW TO" (the green area).

    I would suggest starting with "NEWBIE" and when you get to that page scroll down a little to the section titled "Newbie beginners guides"
