  1. If you are on a PC, you can use TMPGEnc with the MOV VFAPI plugin to convert it to an MPEG.

    This forum has a good How To, try looking at: http://www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgenc.htm

    If that's a bit much, the simple and dirty is:

    1. Go to http://www.tmpgenc.net and download the trial version of TMPGENC.
    2. Go to http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/4942/svcd.html and download the QTReader.vfp, put it in the same directory as unzipped TMPGENC into.

    Then follow the How To. This assumes you already have the right codecs, etc.. If it doesn't work, there is a problems section to the How To that should get you in the right direction.
