Hi
I've just been playing around with the latest version of TMPGENC (2.5.10) and some strange things have been happening.![]()
Everytime I set it off encoding, it crashes within a couple of seconds, citing an error in NTDLL.DLL. I've been using TMPGENC for a while now and so am aware of some of the tweaking that is needed to get it working properly. I tried the usual trick of "Environmental Settings" and increasing the priority of Directshow from -1 to 0. Tried again, same error. So I increased the priority again to 1, tried again and everything started fine, but the preview had turned green. Now I have come across this before but usually I thought increasing the priority of Directshow removes the strange colour effect, not adds it?!
I decided that it wasn't worth messing about anymore and just booted up 2.5.8 instead which worked fine.
I am running a P4 1.8 with XP Home.
Has anyone had similar problems
Thanks
Mark
