Dual Layer to Single Layer?

Hi All, Which is the best way to conjvert a dual layered disc to a single layered disc? i wanna reduce quality only by a couple of gigs?

Any help would be greatly appriciated?

Go to doom's website and follow the instructions for DVD-9 to DVD-5 FULL copy instructions. It works like a charm for me.
Using CCE, it takes 1 hour to encode a 2 hour movie for me. Ofcourse i have an awesome Dell p4 2.6 ghz with 1 gig of fram.
