I have audio ripped from a CD. I took the audio and using TMPGEnc's NTSC VCD template, encoded the audio along with an AVI's video. Well, the video/audio look great on the computer, but when I watch it on my TV, the audio sounds bad. It's sorta buzzy sounding. It sounds fine on the computer, though.
Can someone help me understand this? Could the problem just be my DVD player or should I do something else to the audio?
