    Hi, Im a newbie here, but I kind of understand hwo this stuff works. I have a problem, the divx that I want to convert has a frame reate of 25ftps. (Found it out usin the virtual Dub). Is there any way I can convert it to an NTSC SVCD so that I can play it on my dvd player without any problems? Thanks in advance.

    Use TMPGEnc.exe to convert PAL to NTSC, then use Nero or whatever software that can burn your SVCD.

    zgrm100 - have you tried playing PAL SVCD's in your player before?

    if not, convert a few seconds of the DIVX to PAL and try it. you'll save yourself a lot of effort if you find out you can play PAL..
