I want to try to convert some divx files I have to xsvcd but I dont know where to find a calculator to find out what bitrates to use with the different resolutions I have. Obviously I cant use the svcd calculator because of the different resolutions. Can I use the xvcd calculator?

You can use a svcd/xvcd calculator. The resolution does not matter when you calculate the bitrate. (if you have a high resolution remember that you should not use a too low bitrate though)
