    I seem to be having this problem where i cannot extract the audio from the video. I am using virtual dub, and whenever i try to extract the audio in Full Processing Mode it says "ACM failed to suggest audio decompression format" and then it quits on me. If I can't get the audio I cant get the movie to work. I have also tried to use avitowav but it only does direct stream copying of the audio and it sounds choppy, fast, and out of sync from the movie. If someone could please give me some suggestions that would be awesome.

    yuopu most likely have ac3 audio. search the forums for info on how to fix this basically you will need vdub and headache
