My brother is working with some DV files he has on MiniDV tape, loading it up into premiere to cut a video... He wants to export to ultra-high fidelity DVD quality so it can be printed on DVDs (its for a music video). I suggested he export with CCE 2.62 to MPEG-2 with high bitrate. I checked out the max bitrate for DVD and it seems to be 8000. If he creates a CBR MPEG-2 file with 8000Kbps Will that render the best quality dvd-perfect copy? (Size is not an issue, a 5 min video needs to fit on a standard single layer DVD. I repeat SIZE IS NOT AN ISSUE THE UTMOST OF QUALITY IS THE ISSUE)
Thanks guys, I know you will steer me straight.

Do not ever post the same question in multiple forums again. Once is enough.
