  1. I have burned starwars2 in three parts but the last one is out of sync when i play it on my standalone dvd (it's a nintaus and yes i know about the sync problem but it should go away after you multiplexed with bbMpeg). Part 3 starts out fine but after a scene with much motion in it the sync problem starts. I framerate with virtualdub to TMPGEnc and use 2pass VBR avreage 2520 and max 2800kbps ?? Could this be the problem ?? I don't convert with the audio i downmix it with Headac3 and use bbMpeg to multiplex it in to the video before i burn it with VCDeasy.

Since you are making x(s)vcd than maybe your standalone doesn't accept something and causes this error. When I tried to maximize my xsvcd's I got a similar problem.
Since you are burning SW on 3 cds than I think the standard svcd is enough. I made that already with 2 languages ( 384 kbps sound) and the quality was still awesome.
By the way if quality is important to you than use CCE instead of Tmpeg.

  4. The new versions of TMPG suck ass with audio and video syncing. For one reason or another they messed it up...it screws up for me too....use an older version...like v0.11 or soemthing...not any of the v2's cause i already tried them...and they suck

  5. I'm using v2.58 of TMPGEnc and haven't had any problems before.
I'll try 2520kbps instead and see if it helps...
    Thanks anyway ....
