    I am new to all this burning procedures and I hope this isnt a sticky topic but I need to know how to burn files to either a DVD or VCD that I have downloaded in either DIVx, Mpeg, or Avi formats. I have a Sony RX 690G that has a Pioneer DVD/CD/R amd I have purchased Nero Software with Smartripper that I have used to burn a VCD of several DVD movies I have at home with some success. However I am at a loss as to how to burn these downloaded movies. Can anyone please tell me software I need to do this? I would be very appreciative.

    Have you checked the "Convert" section at left? It contains the conversion guides we use to do what you want.
