Hey ppl

I am trying to rip a dvd and after it is completed and on a vcd, in the dvd player (not a dvd drive on the pc), the play back motion is slightly slow, especially when the camera/picture is panning, as if I am using the wrong frame rate. However, the DVD is in PAL format as diplayed by smart ripper and on the DVD cover and I used this format.

Video-CD PAL (MPEG-1 352x288 25fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)

In the video TAB:
Motion serach: high quality

(doesn't allow me to change these values)
Bitrate: CBR
Aspect ratio 4:3 625 line (PAL)

In the advanced tab:
Video source type: interlace
Field order: bottom field first
Source aspect ratio 16:9 625 line (PAL)
Video arrange method (full screen (keep aspect ratio 2)
GOP structure: I-1, P-5, B-2
