DIVX 2 VCD HEEELLLPPPP

When i converting divx to vcd i will get some audio sync problems in the middle of the movie and then suddenly its gone again. im using audiodub to extract audio to wav and the tmpegenc to make the mpg file.

I have tried it on a athlon and P4 its the same.

Does anybody have a solution for this )

what i do to not get any error converting or audio synchronize problem is.
1.Encode the DiVX video to MPEG-1 using TMPGEnc( no audio )
2.Open the DiVX with Virtualdub then extract the audio as wav.
3.Convert the wav to 224kpbs 44Hz MP3 Blade using dBpowerAMP Music Converter.
4.Multiplex the video and audio using TMPGEnc.
I never had a problem with audio sync.
You might want to try this method.
