Im trying to get rid of the sound problems in the movie release of Ballistic. The sound is low and when you turn the volume up to hear it there is a hiss because its so loud. Is there a way I can get rid of the hiss but make the volume louder? Or at least just get rid of the hiss or something? Thanks

  4. What is your file format DivX, Mpeg1/2?
Whatever it is try to demultiplex your audio to a new file.
Open it in a Sound /Wave editor and apply the noise filter (remove hiss).
You can even add increase volume effect or Normalization.
Save your file and convert it to the original format (mp3,wav,mp2 whatever).
Multiplex it with your original video.
Warning: In some cases you may end up with desync issues too.

It is not so easy as written above, but requires a bit of trial and error.

  6. You can demultiplex and multiplex using TMPGEnc. But for altering the sound quality, you will have to use a sound editor like GoldWave etc.
