COULD U PLEASE HELP ME WITH MATTER
EVERYTIME I DOWNLOAD A MOVIE THEN ENCODE IT WITH TEMPG
WHILE ENCODING I ALWAYS SEE BLUE BLOTCHES AND THEY ARE THERE AFTER I BURN IT
I AM USING CODEC 3.1 4.0 AND NIMEO
COULD U PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG OR IS IT THE MOVIE ITSELF
SHOULD I ALWAYS CHECK IT FIRST WITH AVI PREVIEW
