Ulead DVD Movie Factory ERROR!

I am trying the Ulead DVD Factory prior to purchasing it and when I click on the Author Menus button I get an error that says "The DVD authoring components are not properly installed, please reinstall and try again".

Even after reinstalling again and applying the patches from the website I cannot access the author function.

Any suggestions?

I called Ulead technical support today and they told me to try two things.

First, copy the files from c:\program files\common files\ulead\dvd and paste them in the c:\windows\system directory and then reboot and try loading the application again. This didn't work for me, however.

Second, go to ftp://be:be@cs.ulead.com/ in your web browser and copy the files listed on the page to the c:\program files\common files\ulead\dvd directory and run the setup.bat file. Then try running the application again.

THIS WORKED !!!!!
