I've been burning some VCD's where the source is widescreen so I've encoded it in widescreen and burned it. Whenever I play it in a computer it plays in widescreen but when I put it into my Panasonic RV-31 DVD player and play it, it play's perfectly except for the fact that it looks streched. It's not being cropped but it looks like it's being stretched vertically and not horizontally. So I got a bunch of tall skinny people that look like the coneheads(well not that extreme but its annoying)! Any clue on how to fix this? The manual with the DVD player isn't of any help.
