Ac3 Audio Ripping

Is there any way too just rip out the audioAc3-file
I would like too rip out 2 vertions of the audioAc3 so that I can make the movie in 2 languages
I have trued a prog named Ac3dec but it is a DOS prog and I can´t hanle it
Please help

Do you want the actual AC3 data or to have it decoded to WAV?

If you want just the AC3, I believe that you can extract just the specific audio stream with SmartRipper when you rip your DVD.

If you want to decode the audio to wave, there are a number of ways:

1. Extract your VOBs with SmartRipper or DVD Decrypter.
2. Load the relevant VOBs/IFO with FlaskMPEG 0.6+, select your audio (and video) stream and then save the audio.
3. OR you can similarly load it with DVD2AVI, choose your audio track, and save to WAV.

Could you please explain it a bit more
I have looked at the smart ripper but I just can´t find it out and in FlaskMpgen
I can´t find out how to save only the audio I always get both video and audio
