I'm a newbie to digital video. If I want to create a short insrtuctional video (20-30min) to be duplicated for sale in both video tape and digital formats what is my best bet in terms of creating a master? Can I burn a decent quality vcd or svcd file on my cdr to be duplicated elsewhere or should I get a dvd burner and save it this way? I have a sony dv camera and purchased Vegas video 3 to do the editing.
