Hi everyone, I've finally gotton Vdub to work with my capture card(ATI TV Wonder VE), but after I set everything up the way I want it and I start the capture the preview window remains black. Is this normal? I just want to know if my video is being captured or not. All of the figures on the right seem to be capturing. Thanks

VirtualDub does not work withe real video capture devices and the real video files used by real people in the real world. The solution is to complain loudly and continuously to the author of VDub until he fixes his grossly defective software.

AMEN, AMEN, Xed. Say it loud and proud. I don't know why everybody loves VirtualDub so much, I get just as good quality with ATI MMC 7.1 software, and I can preview while I capture.
