  1. I have a mpeg file can i convert this to a dvd file and make the quality of the video better? Also can some link me to a site with info on what is the difference between Mpeg -1 mpeg 2 mpeg 3 and pixels for video? Thanks

    Ok some answers - you may not like them though

    1 you can convert a mpeg file into DVD complient file
    2 you will NOT increase quality - at the VERY BEST you will not change quality - most likely you will lose quality

    3 YES - THIS SITE! look up the top left at the blue section

    4 Mpeg 3 was dropped from the specs - this in not the same as MP3
    MP3 is fully and correctly written as Mpeg 1 Layer 3 audio

    If you want further information and or more technical details then goto www.mpeg.org - they have a lot of technical disections on the various mpeg styles.

    I don't know what you mean by pixels for video
