    Well i tried to convert it but 206MB became into freaking 1520MB.I don't want to lose quality and waste file size so does anyone know how to do it?Would be nice with a step by step guide.THANKS!!!!

    It's not possible because DVD mpeg2 video requires higher bitrate/file size to get similar quality as h264/avc video.

    If your dvd player supports avi divx/xvid then convert to it instead and you should be able to keep same size with similar quality. Use for example the very simple divx converter or winff, xmedia recode, etc.

    Mp4 is highly compressed. That's why the DVD file is so large. Try WinFF
    New version currently available.
