Alright, it's been bothering me for a while. I recently had to learn how to do this, but I don't know how, i'm trying to use virtual dub right now.
Okay, I have a video, and I want to blur some parts of it, certain parts.
The video has text in it, and I want to blur some words out, and I can't figure out how to.
Do I use the filters? Is there an easier way to do this?
What's the best program to use?

Thanks man... I found it and it works...
But how do you start and stop it? Do you use the key icons?
I'm trying to blur out some subtitles and I need it to only blur certain things, not stay there and blur out everything
