    Anyone know what program is used to create Quicktime movies? if so is it shareware?

    Wow is that broad. Tons of programs can do that, including Quicktime itself.....you may wanna refine your question a little.

    oh right, I thought that there was one program like real producer that created quicktime movies. Could you recomend a good program to create quicktime movies?

    I've tried through quciktime player but it produced a small file and when I went to play it it was all mesed up, The picture was very blocky and the sound was stuttery

    Try using a different codec. Quicktime Supports a vast range of codecs that will effect the way your video looks. The same is true for the compression you run on your audio. Before you export in Quicktime Pro be sure to edit the Video and Audio settings to what you want.
