    What are the settings to encode mpeg2 video with max picture quality by using CCE 2.66?

    max picture quality would be 15000 data rate , standard mpeg matrix , 70% over to difficult on quality settings and light to no noise reduction depending on source .. best source would be a targa seq.. dc set to 10 .

    all other max settings would be dependent on your source ...

    of course this file would not be pratical for much so what is your target application? for more resonable settings ..

    My prupose is to put the mpeg2 to DVD. So 15000 bit rate may be too high. The sources is DV in Pal format.
