    i had asked someone about splitting a windows media file into two. virtual dub won't let me do it.

    this person told me i could use TMPGEnc Plus to do it but i tried and found nowhere in the tool that allowed me to do it.

    is TMPGEnc and TMPGEnc Plus the same?

    TMPGEnc is the freeware version. It will also process MPEG-2 files for a short time. TMPGEnc Plus is the full version but must be registered. To cut, join, and edit, you use the MPEG Tools...-->Merge & Cut tab. Use this guide to help you.
