I am trying to write to a CD-RW disc but i keep getting buffer underrun errors. I found my set top DVD player in the dvd player compatibility section and found out it plays cd-rw instead of cd-r. So i tried using EZ cd creator, cloneCD, and cdrwin to write one music file to it to make sure it plays in the dvd player. I either get the buffer underrun error or not enought space on disc and even one time i got the cd-rw disc was not formated. I havent wrote to a cd-rw in a good while, what am i doing wrong?

try using clone cd's erase function--the full erase
then try again.
try making sure you don't have too much going on in the background while writing.
if that doesn't help, it might be the disc. do you have another one to try?
who makes your discs?--they might be defective
hope that helpswhat are you askin' me for...

Nothing running in the background. Its an Imation CD-RW. I never had troubles burning files to a CD-RW before. I just want to burn 1 music file to it to see if my home DVD player can play cd-rws. I already tried the erase function.
