    I can't open an Xvid film in Virtual Dub.

    All I get is a message saying Can't locate recompressor for Xvid!!??!?!

    I have the Nimo pack installed and this works and plays back fine in Windows Media Player but will not load in V Dub!?!

    What do I need to do?

    I can only suggest rebooting first. Then if it does not work, reload the Nimo Codecs, then if that does not work, try to reload VDub.

    If even that doesn't work, try installing pure XviD codec from here:
