How to use fitcd?

Is there some sort of tutorial or something that tells how to use fitcd? What is all that stuff and if I save it how do i use the file it saves?

There is a very usefull dokumentation, that explaines every single option. An illustrated guide would be also hard to read and understand. I tried it already.
The only file type, that you can save, is an Avisynth script. FitCD helps you to create a simple script. FitCD is a very accurate bitrate and framesize calculator. I have no idea how to write such a guide.
