I use fitCD to resize my video so that the video fits my tv screen when burned on DVD.However there's a few problems.I resized a video and when it's converted into dvd format,a squeaking audio is heard throughout the whole movie.but when I tried to convert the same video without resizing it,the audio plays just fine.I tried a dozen times with fitCD(both PAL and NTSC settings)but the squeaking is still there.Somebody please help me.....

FitCD doesn't actually resize or encode your video. All it does is create a script that you can then load into an encoder. Therefore whatever problem you are having comes from your encoder.
Most of us would use FitCD to get the optimum numbers for resizing the video, and would use it to encode the video only. We would then encode the audio separately, and bring the two together during authoring.
What program are you using to encode the video/audio and author the DVD ?Read my blog here.

Avisynth will be frameserving the audio as uncompressed audio. Perhaps it is in this process that your problem occurs. The simplest way around it is to demux the audio from the avi before you encode, then load this as the audio track in ConvertXtoDVD.

Again, all FitCD does is create an avisynth script. Obviously is is something about either avisynth or ConvertXtoDVD on your system that is causing the problem. I don't know what to suggest to you, as your computer details basically equate to dunno, which doesn't help.
DVD Flick is free and has overscan borders. It is faster than FAVC, but FAVC is better quality than DVD Flick and ConvertXtoDVD in most circumstances.
If you are using ConvertxtoDVD 3 then you don't need to use FitCD as you can add borders to each title directly in the program.Read my blog here.
