  1. I just downloaded an .avi movie and when I open it up in virtualdub it says the floowing "VirtualDub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding... decompress the entire audio stream to an uncompressed wav file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder." Where can I get a program for that, and what do I do after I get the program.

I recently bought a new Panasonic DVD-RV32 player. I have a crappy TV with only and RFU adapter hook-up, and a VCR with an S-Video hook-up. For copyright reasons I can't hook up my DVD player through my VCR to my TV. Is there anything I can do to bypass this without buying an adapter. I went to radioshack and they cost 30 dollars, I might as well buy a new TV if they cost that much.

    Thanks for helping a newbie.

(in my version, you can click OK on that question, i'm not sure if you're able to do that)
