Hi!
I have a problem with a 24 fps mpeg2-file. i wanted to burn it to a svcd, but my pal-dvd-player is not able to play it back correctly. is there any tool i can use to change the framerate to 25fps, so it can be played correctly without reencoding. i know, it's a little bit too fast then, but i don't care. the quality is at any case better than the one with 24fps.
THX,
dahime
