Locked Files Using Smart Ripper

When I first load up smartripper it list the files and then gets half way down and says there are some locked files, and to try and unlock them with a player. I therefore played the first few mins of the dvd in the player and still the files are locked.

Any ideas??

1) could be u have an older version of smartripper that can't handle 1.00 gig vob files....only the usual 0.99 gig vob files (perhaps get newer version of smartripper or dvddecryptor)

2) when playing the movie, try playing some parts at the end...that should help unlocking those files
