    Can anyone give me the syntax to create a Autorun.inf in Nero to
    enable me to run a VCD automatically when placed in a
    Pioneer DVD player.

    Is this possible?.

    Colindale: if you DVD player can play VCD's and you have burnt your VCD properly then the player will automatically play the disc when it's inserted. Check the DVD Player compatibility to make sure your particular DVD player can play VCD's, if it can then you are not making the VCD's correctly. Autorun.inf is only use to allow VCD's to play automatically when inserted into a Computer running Windows.

    Not all standalone dvd players will autorun a VCD. Some will just wait for you to press play, and some have it as an option in the players setup.
