    Just found winmpg video convertor at www.winmpg.com
    havent tried it yet but seems interesting. will try when i get home.
    concerts avi to mpg 1 and two with extensions and to dvd and divx.

    fille size 3mb zipped. trial limeted to 5 minutes of video. no browse function so this sucks. purchase price 30 dollars.
