    Can someone suggest a programme to convert avi to flv please.All the more better if it was a portable appliance ..I found this in the search function tools https://www.videohelp.com/tools/Riva_FLV_Encoder but it doesnt look like its been updated in several years.

    Freemake video converter. Convert to flv with h264 for best quality.

    And Xmedia recode if you need a portable app. Just change format to flv and video to h264, under audio aac. Convert.
