    Something that can convert to flv with h264 video and aac audio. Try the very simple freemake video converter. You can adjust the codec to h264 after you choosed to FLV:

    You can also output as mp4 with h264 and aac as it's supported by flash. Use then also freemake or handbrake or xmedia recode, etc.
