eazy vcd 1.09 problems ripping

Trying to convert Scorpion King and I get an error during the ripping process.
Sorry, there was a problem ripping the dvd. Play the movie for a few seconds in your software dvd player and try again.

I played the dvd in powerdvd software fine and tryed ripping 4 times with same error.
Any ideas apprieciated!

In to help you further, could you please answer the following questions.

Havr you got the latest version of Eazy VCD (1.09)?

Have you installed one of the ASPI Layers from the website (www.eazyvcd.tk) and restarted after installing?

What version of windows do you have, and what servace pack if any?

What is the DVD you were trying to RIP, and what region is it?

Is the DVD you are trying to rip, copyed (eg on a DVD-R\W)?

can you play the dvd in your software dvd player (eg PowerDVD)?

What files (if any) are in the "Output Folder"?

In the "Eazy VCD" program folder (C:\Program Files\Eazy VCD\), is there any files named temp.txt or temp01.txt ect ect?

If those files are there, cou'ld you please e-mail them?
