For a bin/cue you would use CDRwin.
Go to extract sectors, and select the drive and output options for the files, and extract it.
You may also use Alcohol 120 to do this as well.
For a ccd image use CloneCD
an Nrg use Nero
etc
etc
Hope this points you in the right direction~~~Spidey~~~

If you need to make a CUE/BIN image of ANY type of CD (including S/VCD), then CDRWin is the way to go.
You can download a functioning demo here: http://www.goldenhawk.com
The demo is limited in burning but the extracting tools are all 100% functional.
