  1. Hi- newbie question here, wonder if anyone could help me..
    Got an Alba DVD113 player, with remote, but no instruction manual.
    Want to play VCD's that are from Hong Kong, they have 2 soundtracks (Usually Mandarin & Cantonese) on top of each other, which is a bit annoying. On another DVD player I have (a Toshiba) , if you press the "Audio" button repeatedly, one of the 2 soundtracks gets edited out. On this Alba player, you can only access the audio-menu via the remote, and there are about a zillion options, and I can't work out the right combination to have just 1 soundtrack playing!!! Can anyone help??

  2. Still need answer to my problem! If this is any help, these are the options presented to me in the Audio menu:
    1. DIGITAL AUDIO OUT:
    LPCM- PCM or OFF
    Dolby Digital- PCM or Bitstream
    DTS- Off or Bitstream
    MPEG- PCM or Bitstream
    2. SURROUND FORMAT:
    Dolby Digital
    DTS Digital Out
    MPEG Multi Channel
    3.DYNAMIC RANGE:
    Maximum or Compressed
    4.DOWNMIX MODE:
    Stereo Normal or Dolby Surround
    5. DOWNSAMPLING:
    48 khz compatible or True 96 khz

    Please help!
