I previously had a "one disk VCD" template, but somehow now it won't let me save 100% to fill up the disk. I have "unlocked" the settings and have the System tab set to: "MPEG-1 Video-CD (non-standard)".
I'm using TMPGEnc version 2.53.35.130.
