I got this MPEG and it will not burn in any program I have tried it with.....I have tried to repair it and everything.....in VCD EASY it just gives me tha blue screen of death as soon as I add tha file........I tired in Roxio and it says that my Audio Bitrate, Video Packsize, and Audio PAck + Padding fields are questionable......is there anyway I can do something to get this file to a VCD?

i would try Nero...Just be sure to uncheck "standard compliant cd" on the first tab after you select VCD.
By the way the Newest Nero demo is exactly like the full version ...except it expires after a certian amount of time.....I recommend downloading it. -
