  1. OK Im converting a 704 x 368 DVD rip. What would be the best setting to make it an 800 MB Mpeg 1 file. In the Bitrate setting it is 1603 and the Audio is 41KHZ 160KB/s Dual channel. VB Buffer settings 48. I want the picture to come out soo good that when I go upclose to the screen I don't see any blocks..Any ideas as to what should I do... and also is there a way to make a non standard Mpeg 2 file....? Priority set to Normal, maybe if I increase it to highest quality it could work..? Gonna try it.. Any suggesstions tell me...NOOOOW !

really have not a clue what you are trying to do .. standard templates in tmpgenc work fine ,,,

are you trying to make a vcd ? well a vcd quality is not going to look like a dvd @ 1605 bit rate ... and that bit rate is not vcd anyway ....

what do you mean a non standard mpeg2 ? for what ?
