I have 2 mpeg City by the Sea movie files that are not the actual length of the film. Mpeg1 is 1hour long but the file is 904mb, and mpeg2 is 57minutes long but the file is 861mb. I can't burn it too a 80min disk because the files are too large, and when I cut with TMPGenc the files are still not their actual size. What can I do to correct and burn this mpg to a vcd?
