    What would be the easiest way to recompress mpeg-2?!

    I converted some DV footage ... and messed up a setting in fitcd somewhere so i used the wrong bitrate ... doh!

    I don't particularly want to have to capture it again!

    oooh, upon opening the file it said:

    "ReMPEG2.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.

    An error log is being created"
